$46.89 - $83.37Overlake Medical Center has opportunities for nurses looking to transition into a new specialty of practice.
Nurses with greater than one year of experience are eligible. The transition program is based on best practices and evidence-based education.
Your program will include:
During the program you will work a .9 FTE (72 hours per biweekly pay period). After completing the precepted portion of the program your FTE and shift will be based on available positions with a high probability of .9 FTE Night shift. Commitment of one (1) year in unit at assigned FTE & shift.
Cohort participation for transitional RN varies per specialty

Qualifications
Note - RNs hired into units that require a competency in cardiac rhythm interpretation will be required to take a rhythm assessment in their first week. This will include standard cardiac rhythms dysrhythmias and paced rhythms.
