PM&R Physician / Associate Medical Director
Location: Saint Joseph MissouriCompensation: $200$250 per hourEmployment Type: Part-Time (3 days per week)
Overview:
We are seeking a Physiatrist (PM&R Physician) / Associate Medical Director to join our team in Saint Joseph MO. This position offers an excellent work-life balance with a flexible part-time schedule (3 days per week) and a leadership role within a well-established rehabilitation program. As Associate Medical Director you will play a key role in patient care while helping to guide clinical operations and program development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality physical medicine and rehabilitation care to patients.
- Oversee and coordinate patient treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
- Support and develop clinical protocols to enhance patient outcomes.
- Assist in program leadership quality improvement initiatives and compliance efforts.
- Work closely with hospital administration and medical staff on rehabilitation services.
Qualifications:
- MD or DO with board certification in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R).
- Previous leadership or associate medical director experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication collaboration and organizational skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
