Coggins of the Berkshires is seeking a detail-oriented customer-focused team player to join our service department in a part-time support role. This person will serve as a key support system for our service teamhelping to keep operations running smoothly while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Support the service team with scheduling parts ordering and daily operations
Greet customers and assist with check-in/check-out
Order and track parts and maintain inventory
Communicate with customers about vehicle status and service updates
Keep service records and systems updated
Help maintain a smooth efficient service workflow
A strong communicator with a customer-first mindset
A multi-tasker who thrives in a busy environment
Reliable friendly and ready to jump in where needed
Previous experience in service parts and customer-facing role is a plus

Must be able to reliably commute to Pittsfield MA
Valid drivers license required
Part-time availability MondayFriday
