Job Description
Overview:
- Practice consists of 3 Doctors. 2 Full-time 1 Part-time. This is a private Doctor owned group.
- Group has a Retina specialist high volume potential for Cornea Specialist.
- Large Referral network from all Optometrists in the area as we have 10-12 in the area that refer to us. Our practice does not do any optical. We have a large cataract patient population.
- Group has 3 offices the main office is in Springfield OH.
- Current providers work up to 36 hours a week with 1/2 days on Fridays.
- Daily volume potential can be 12-16 procedures a day. Group is currently booked up 3 months in advance.
- Typical weekly work flow can be 3 days in a clinic and 1 day in surgery. We are flexible due to the volume potential for a new provider.
- Partnership in Surgery center and Group offered after year 1. Partnership can consist of real estate surgery center and practice.
- No Nights No call No weekends.
- Base salary percent of collections model full benefits PTO 401K match Med Mal and CME of 3K with CME time off.
