Davidsons soon to be 95 years young is an innovative leader in firearms distribution recognized for its excellence in creative marketing technology and world-class customer service. Davidsons is currently seeking a full-time on site Staff Accountant to join our hardworking Accounting Department in Prescott Arizona!
Staff Accountant Responsibilities may include but are not limited to
Verify allocate and post accounts payable
Maintain daily financials records
Support month-end and year-end close process
Monthly general ledger and bank account reconciliations
Reviewing of financial entries for accuracy

Ideal Staff Accountant Candidates Would Possess
Minimum of 1 to 3 years of general accounting experience
BS degree in Accounting Finance or related field is a plus
The ability to effectively communicate in a professional and articulate manner with all levels of contacts
A demonstrated ability for planning and organization skills handling multiple tasks and working in a fast-paced environment
Advanced Microsoft Office Excel skills including VLOOKUP Functions and pivot tables preferred
A strong attention to detail with double-checking and follow through as a standard
Ability to work overtime as needed
