Do you have C2-level French and are ready for a new adventure under the Portuguese sun Were looking for enthusiastic and solution-oriented Customer Service Specialists to join our international team on-site in Lisbon.
Whether its answering a call with a smile or solving a tricky problem youll be the go-to person for our French-speaking customers all while living your best Mediterranean life in one of Europes most vibrant cities.
What Youll Do
- Provide outstanding customer support in French via phone email and chat
- Assist customers with professionalism and empathy
- Troubleshoot issues and guide users toward quick solutions
- Maintain service quality standards in a fast-paced environment
Your Schedule
- Monday to Sunday
- 07:0023:00 (rotative shifts)
- 2 rotative days off per week
- 24/7 shift schedule may be introduced at a later stage

What You Need to Bring
- C2-level French
- Good command of English (B2)
- Valid EU ID Residence Card or Manifestao de Interesse
- Availability to work on-site in Lisbon
