As a Business Analyst you will play a central role in bridging business needs with technical solutions. Youll work closely with business experts product owners and technical teams to model analyse and improve value streams and business processes. Your work will ensure that systems and processes are designed for efficiency scalability and measurable results. This role involves both strategic thinking and hands-on execution making it ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex challenges.

Responsibilities:
Business Process Analysis & Improvement
- Model and document value chains business processes roles capabilities and data.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance service reduce costs or increase revenue.
- Support the definition of transition roadmaps for business architectures.
- Design validate and test business processes to achieve excellence.
Requirements Management
- Elicit analyse and document business needs requirements and user stories.
- Maintain and track requirements throughout the system lifecycle.
- Translate business user and technical needs into clear specifications.
- Support business experts and product owners in defining requirements.
Collaboration & Change Management
- Organise and lead workshops interviews and market research.
- Coach stakeholders on new processes and ensure change readiness.
- Communicate project objectives business cases and requirements to stakeholders.
- Contribute to system design testing quality assurance and change management.
Requirements:
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum 8 years of IT-related professional experience.
- Strong expertise in business process modelling using BPMN and UML.
- Proficient with tools like Sparx Enterprise Architect or Aris Architect.
- Experience in projects focused on value stream mapping process improvement or ICT solution deployment for content production or hierarchical reporting.
- Skilled in workshop facilitation structured/unstructured interviews and questionnaire design.
- Experience conducting market research and feasibility studies.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to create and maintain clear effective documentation.
- English at C1 level.
- Higher education degree (mandatory).
