You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are currently looking for a French-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our international team. This is a fully remote role open to candidates already living in Greece or those wishing to relocate.
If you are based abroad we offer relocation assistance to Athens including a paid flight and free accommodation during your first weeks in the country. Training is fully remote and provided by the company.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries in French via phone email or chat
Resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive experience
Follow company procedures and escalate issues when necessary
Maintain service quality and professionalism
