TheRole& WhatYouWillBeDoing
This isa great opportunityfor someone seeking an entry level position in the industry ideal for graduates orplacement year students.You will gain an understanding of pharmacovigilance through the eyes of the PV-Contracts Team.
Every day we rise to the challenge to make a difference andhereshow thePV Internrole will make an impact:
Ensuringpharmacovigilance obligations are consistently and adequately considered for all new/updated/terminatedbusiness relationships between Viatris and contractual partners
Reviewingcontractual business agreements (Main Agreements) anddeterminingwhether inclusion of Pharmacovigilance language isand if yes whether astandalonePharmacovigilance Agreement(PVA)is needed
Liaisingwith relevant stakeholders (e.g. Business Development Legal Department Affiliates Regional Management Regulatory Affairs) to ensure that PVAsor Pharmacovigilance languagewill beestablishedfor relevant Main Agreements
NegotiatingPVAs with Business Partnersand ensuringthat all relevant changes to the standard text will be approved by the responsible functions at PSRM and the Legal Department
Supportingthe development and updating of procedures templatestoolsand systems used for the implementation and oversight of PVAs
Supportingthe maintenance of the PVA database and retrieval ofinformationwhen
Collaboratingwith relevant functions within PSRM to support effective andtimelysolutions/responses to compliance issues/questions including audit/inspection findings
Monitoring and managing the team group mailbox
Maintaininginspection and audit readiness via electronic maintenance and retention of PVAs
AboutYourSkills &Experience
For this rolewerelooking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualificationsskillsand experiences:
Completed or on track to completeBachelorsdegree or equivalentin ahealthor lifescience-relatedbackground
Good analytical skills and the ability to organize work in a logicalthoroughand succinct manner
Good command of the English language.
Knowledge of good documentation practice and quality management systems
Knowledge of worldwide PV regulatory requirements and industry best practices
Flexibility to adapt to changing assignments and ability to effectively prioritise
Good communicationskills
Computer proficient (Windows Word Excel).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
