The Role
Were on the hunt for an Associate Environmental Consultant whos ready to roll up their sleeves and deliver contaminated land assessments that matter. Youll work closely with technical leads regulators and auditors to assess risk manage sites and influence major redevelopment projects across QLD and beyond.
Youll Be Doing Things Like:
Conducting preliminary and detailed site investigations (PSIs DSIs)
Designing and interpreting sampling analysis and risk-based site assessments
Preparing remediation action plans and site management strategies
Developing Conceptual Site Models (CSMs) that hold water
Writing reports that are clear sharp and regulator-ready
Collaborating with clients auditors labs and field teams
Guiding junior staff and contributing to a strong team culture
What Youll Need:
A degree in Environmental Science Geology Chemistry Engineering or similar
36 years of experience in contaminated land consulting
A solid grip on NEPM and relevant QLD guidelines (ESR DES CRC CARE)
Fieldwork confidence technical writing chops
Strong client communication skills and commercial awareness
An analytical brain and practical solutions-focused mindset
