Job Title: Affiliate Coordinator

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Affiliate Coordinator to join our team in Atlanta GA. This is a full-time temporary position with the potential for permanent employment. The Affiliate Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating relationships with our affiliate partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners
- Communicate regularly with affiliates to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services
- Coordinate and schedule affiliate assignments based on client needs and availability
- Monitor and track affiliate performance and provide feedback to improve quality and efficiency
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects
- Assist in the onboarding process for new affiliates including training and orientation
- Serve as the main point of contact for affiliates and address any issues or concerns that may arise
- Maintain accurate records of affiliate information and performance metrics
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to identify potential new affiliate partnerships
- Participate in team meetings and provide input on process improvements and strategies for growth
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business healthcare administration or related field
- 2 years of experience in affiliate management or related role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
- Knowledge of healthcare industry and medical terminology is a plus
- Experience with medical abstraction or healthcare services is a plus
