Job Summary:
- Provides direction to the Line of Service (LOS) at their assigned service locations in all aspects of operations. This position ensures services facilities and staffing meet LSSMNs commitment to excellence.
- The Senior Director links service operations to the LSSMN Five-Year Plan and provides strong leadership to their Line of Service in accordance with the organizations objectives.
- Provides oversight for housing units owned by LSS.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Social Work or related field or equivalent experience is required; Masters Degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in directing/managing program services and finances is required.
- Knowledge of cross-cultural counseling and a thorough understanding of the refugee experience.
- Experience in social ministry service development grants writing collaborations and organization development is desirable.
- Experience working with and supervision of a multi-cultural staff.
- An in-depth knowledge of housing.
- Experience writing & developing proposals.
- A drivers license is required.
- Statute 148.A-Sexual Contact clearance is required.
