Job Overview
We are seeking a talented Project Manager to join our team in Kolkata. This mid-level position requires 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience and is offered on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and experience with a knack for DMS implementation and certifications such as PMI and Prince2 (Mandatory skill).
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in project management demonstrating ability to manage timelines budgets and quality targets effectively.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to foster collaboration and maintain communication across all project members.
- Risk management expertise with the ability to identify assess and mitigate project risks efficiently.
- Hands-on experience in DMS implementation (Mandatory skill) to streamline document management workflows.
- Certified in PMI (Mandatory skill) to ensure adherence to project management best practices and standards.
- Prince2 Certification (Mandatory skill) a must-have for structured project management execution and documentation.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills to address project challenges and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Strong leadership and team management skills to inspire and guide project teams towards achieving project goals.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure ensuring project scope timeline and budget are met.
- Engage and collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and align expectations.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans including objectives scope deliverables and risk management measures.
- Monitor project progress making adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of project deliverables.
- Facilitate regular project meetings providing updates and reports to all stakeholders on progress and challenges.
- Identify and manage project risks develop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure project resilience.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented project environment encouraging team participation and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and adherence to project management methodologies and guidelines.
