Housekeeping Supervisor The Groves Senior Living (Goodyear AZ)
Full-Time Assisted Living & Memory Care Community
At The Groves Senior Living we believe every role contributes to creating a clean safe and joyful home for our residents and that includes our Housekeeping Supervisor. Were looking for someone dependable and detail-oriented who takes pride in a job well done and enjoys being part of a close-knit team.
This is a working supervisor position which means youll be cleaning resident apartments and common areas while also overseeing the quality and consistency of work done by the housekeeping team. Our department is small so were looking for someone whos not afraid to roll up their sleeves lead by example and hold others accountable with kindness and clarity.
What Youll Do:
Clean resident apartments and common areas to meet community standards
Ensure team members are completing their assigned duties thoroughly and on time
Train coach and support housekeeping staff
Monitor supply inventory and report maintenance or safety concerns
Support a positive respectful work environment aligned with our values of service integrity inspiration and joy
What Were Looking For:
Previous housekeeping experience (senior living or healthcare preferred)
Some leadership or supervisory experience
A strong work ethic eye for detail and a heart for serving others
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable giving direction and holding others accountable
