We are looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented Danish-Speaking Customer Advisor to join our innovative travel project in Riga. This hybrid role provides flexibility allowing the candidate to choose their preferred working setup as long as they maintain clear communication with their manager.
During the initial training phase we prefer candidates to work from the Riga office to ensure a smooth onboarding process. After training the work arrangement can be adjusted to suit the candidates preference blending on-site and remote work.
As part of our team you will be the voice and first point of contact for Danish-speaking customers ensuring their travel experiences are seamless enjoyable and memorable.

Key Responsibilities
As a Danish-Speaking Customer Advisor you will:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone email and chat providing timely and accurate support.
- Assist Danish-speaking customers with travel-related questions bookings changes cancellations and general information.
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues quickly and professionally.
- Provide clear guidance and explanations regarding travel services and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Continuously learn about travel destinations company services and best practices.
- Adapt to a flexible working schedule and communicate effectively with your manager regarding work setup preferences.
Required Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- Fluent Danish (C1) excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- English proficiency (B2 level minimum).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Ability to adapt and work independently in a hybrid work setup.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Passion for travel and providing exceptional customer experiences.
