Job Description
About the Position:
Join us in this exciting role providing a project support specialist to support the Defense Health Agency Facility Enterprises with the development of a Healthcare Requirements Analysis. This position will directly support a professional team of project managers and planners as they analyze the Rhine Ordnance Barracks Medical Center program.
Job Type: Part-time 20 hours per week
Project Duration: One Year: 25 August 2025 24 August 2026.
Location: Remote Work
Essential Functions:
- Prepare reports and correspondence from information obtained from a variety of resources.
- Produce various documents to include multiple reports using government-provided
- software while working from handwritten drafts edited copy or electronic files.
- Ensure documents are in proper format and that spelling punctuation capitalization and grammar have been verified.
- Store retrieve and print a variety of documents to include those requiring complex
- formats as graphics tables or spreadsheets within text.
- Verify arithmetical accuracy of tables and spreadsheets before release.
- Produce reproduce assemble and distribute completed documents presentations reports meeting minutes and notes.

Education:
- Associate degree or higher
- Professional Experience:
- Five (5) years experience in a project support role is required.
Required Qualifications:
- NACI Clearance (or the ability to obtain it)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency in computers and Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Defense Health Agency Facility Enterprise
- Familiarity with construction maintenance and operations guidelines specifications design criteria etc.
- Experience in healthcare environments
