Press Brake & Laser Operator - Rapat Corporation
Location: Hawley MN Full-Time 45-hour work week
Compensation: DOE
About Us: Rapat Corporation a family-owned manufacturer with over 50 years of expertise delivers high-quality industrial products and solutions. We are seeking a Press Brake & Laser Operator to join our team and contribute to our continued legacy of craftsmanship and innovation.
Shift Details:
- Mon-Thu: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Fri: Overtime as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints and use a protractor
- Verify specs and perform tooling changes
- Do inspections and routine maintenance
- Assist with troubleshooting and repairs
- Stage parts for next operation
- Operate machinery: shear drill press forklift punch press
- Operate Fiber Laser and CNC Press Brake
- Use nesting software
What youll need:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of related education
- Forklift and overhead crane experience
- NC/CNC equipment knowledge
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read blueprints and job orders
