About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized strategic and proactiveSchedule Coordinator & Recruiterto join our growing team. This pivotal role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment thinks critically under pressure and has a talent for aligning the right staff with the right clients.

You will be responsible not only forefficient schedulingandstaff coordination but also forrecruiting screening and onboardinghigh-quality care professionals to meet growing client demands. This role demands excellent communication strategic foresight and the ability to maintainlow missed shiftswhile fostering strong relationships with clients staff and insurance providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficientlyschedule staffto align with client needs preferences and availability

  • Recruit screen and onboard new care staff to ensure adequate coverage and team quality

  • Maintain low missed shift ratesby proactively addressing gaps last-minute call-offs and coverage needs

  • Anticipate and resolvescheduling conflicts with minimal disruption to client care

  • Develop a deep understanding of client care requirements and staff skill sets

  • Create and manage scheduling reports to monitor trends staffing gaps and performance metrics

  • Serve as themain point of contactfor employees clients and insurance providers regarding schedule changes or updates

  • Maintain accurate records and timely communication across all platforms

  • Work closely with management and HR to align scheduling strategies with organizational needs

  • Create Missed Shift Reports and effectively communicate findings to Case Management Team

  • Professional - Ability to remain professional in high stress situations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience inhome care healthcare staffing or scheduling coordination

  • Familiarity withscheduling software digital tools and communication platforms

  • Demonstrated ability tomaintain or improve low missed shift rates

  • Prior recruiting or HR experience is highly valued
