Description
Why the role
We have a fantastic opportunity to advance the career of a second or third year PAE insurance practitioner to support the work of our Adelaide team and national practice. Youll be exposed to a variety of insurance claims involving a blend of personal injury claims property damage claims workers compensation claims and workplace claims.
Lawyers with experience in Health Law or medical negligence claims are encouraged to apply.
Skills And Experiences
Who are you
- Around 2 or 3 years post admission
- Experience in insurance law is preferred including public liability claims (personal injury and property damage) or health law claims.
- You have confidence initiative and ambition to pursue a career in insurance law
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills that are adaptable to the audience
- Self-motivated and able to work at pace
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders without compromising attention to detail
- A team player who can collaborate on work and someone who is looking for coaching mentoring and self-development
- Practical and client focused in solving problems
