Construction Manager
Location: Weston-Super-Mare
Salary: Competitive
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: 40 hours per week Monday-Friday

Were looking for an experienced Construction Manager to deliver commercial hard and soft landscaping projects worth up to 2 million. Youll lead talented teams keep projects running smoothly build great client relationships and take pride in work that leaves a lasting legacy.
What youll do:
Lead & Motivate Manage and mentor site managers & Field Teams (320 people).
Own the Numbers Track project P&L price works and negotiate with suppliers.
Keep It Safe Ensure full Health & Safety compliance and manage RAMS.
Deliver Excellence Complete projects on time to budget and to the highest quality.
Plan & Organise Allocate resources (plant equipment materials) effectively
Build Relationships Be the main point of contact for clients & identify growth opportunities.
What Youll Bring:
Essential:
3 years construction project management experience (small to large commercial projects).
3 years horticultural/landscaping experience (qualifications or site knowledge).
Proven record of delivering projects as Principal Contractor to completion.
Qualifications: Black/Gold CSCS NVQ SMSTS SSSTS First Aid Pro-Qual Level 4 full driving licence.
Strong MS Office skills (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint).
Desirable:
Familiarity with Union Square or Bluebeam.
NEBOSH/IOSH certification.
Flexibility to travel to varied project locations.
