Job Description
ThinkTell Junction We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors you will play a critical role in creating a positive and welcoming environment. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the front desk answering phone calls welcoming guests and providing administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills a professional demeanor and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a welcoming and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate personnel
- Manage the scheduling of appointments and meetings
- Maintain an organized and tidy reception area
- Handle correspondence including mailing emailing and filing documents
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and record maintenance
- Provide information about the companys services and offerings to clients
Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in administration is a plus
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
