Family Medicine Physician (FP)

Salary and Benefits
- Base salary range: $197845 $247306 (depending on experience)
- Annual performance-based bonus potential up to $30000
- Metrics include patient experience quality productivity and pharmacy capture rate

Responsibilities
- Full-time outpatient family medicine
- MondayFriday with occasional weekend coverage
- Primary care on-call every 68 weeks (weekend call comp day off)
- 18 patients per day average
- 20-minute appointment blocks
- Support: 1.5 MAs per provider
- Flexible schedules available including 36-hour workweeks 10s or 12s
- Use of DAX Co-Pilot for documentation support
- EMR: EPIC
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (or willing to obtain)
- Active Florida medical license (or willing to obtain)
- New graduates and experienced physicians encouraged to apply
