Training Solutions Associate Director Job Description:
Job Responsibilities/Work Experience
- Collaborate with key stakeholders (SMEs Program Owners Business Partners) as needed to understand learning solution architecture objectives and timeline and other deployment requirements to translate them into learning solutions.
- Deliver training programs for assigned content area(s) to internal and external clients and assess the effectiveness of the training in meeting the business objectives.
- Utilize PowerPoint Word Rise Articulate Camtasia and other authoring tools to design and develop interactive training materials including but not limited to training curriculums agendas scripts training guides job aids infographics videos and more.
- Develop and maintain the library of appropriate in-depth client training materials for offerings and BAU processes post sale use case studies and training materials on offerings comparisons including sales Rx and patient offerings client training materials developed for various internal/external stakeholder groups including Sr. Leadership field staff finance marketing teams etc.
- Maintain and update all existing training materials (including webinars) and identify client training priorities including converting internal materials to be client ready.
- Investigate and implement creative solutions to meet the demand for training and distance learning by exploring the use of alternative media for deliverables such as e-learning training etc.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned content area(s) available to consult with associates and clients to address questions.
- Work closely with IQVIA Marketing and Sales to support the rollout of new products.
- Project manage activities for the Training Team and communicate updates and program information on a regular basis to all appropriate stakeholders.
- Responsible for identifying and developing Self-Serve training modules and webinars and updating maintaining and tracking existing modules.
- Conduct in-person virtual training sessions as needed.
- Design and conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions.
Requirements:
- This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-moving dynamic environment with tight deadlines and minimal supervision and who can successfully manage multiple projects.
- In-depth knowledge of IQVIA products (information assets) their applications and issues facing the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
- Bachelors Degree Preferred
- Eight (8) years experience in training/adult learning and instructional design
- Must possess in-depth knowledge of IQVIA products (information assets) their applications and issues facing the pharmaceutical industry.
- Pharmaceutical experience a plus
- Well-developed presentation skills adult learning techniques and classroom management skills
- Strong consulting and organizational skills
- Good project management skills
- Effective time management skills are essential.
- Advanced PC skills and the ability to use software /graphics/spreadsheet packages.

The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge skills education and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
