JOB SUMMARY
The Tender Management analyst will serve as a liaison for the Sales and Product teams for situational pricing with prospective and current clients. The individual will help to establish tactical pricing processes and procedures and will interact with sales products operations trade managers and overseas stations during the deal development.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drives and enhances TGF Americas deal pricing capabilities for Ocean and Air Freight services
- Drives better and quicker decisions with a focus on pricing processes tools and systems
- Identifies develops and reports upon metrics analytics and insights into deal performance to improve profitability speed and efficiency of quotes.
- Reviews and analyzes deal structure profitability and economic analysis
- Delivers professionally prepared price quotations for customers in support of Sales efforts
- Requires regular updates to TGF senior product and sales leaders
- Analyzes competitive pricing information for best price response
- Works with other internal teams for post-award maintenance of pricing
- Administers and distributes new pricing tariffs and respond to inquiries
- Performs other duties as assigned by management
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- This position is generally sedentary in nature; involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 10 lbs. required.
- Ability to talk and hear required.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions required.
- Ability to occasionally move inside the office
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for up to 8 hours per day.
- Ability to move or position self in order to reach lift climb balance stoop and crouch required.
- Ability to read PC screens; detect color coding read fine print and/or normal type size print required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Essential Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent related experience
- Minimum of two (2) to five (5) years related experience in the freight forwarding industry

- Windows Operating System
- MS Office Applications (Outlook Word and Excel)
- Strong Communication Skills
- Strong numerical and analytical skills

Pay Transparency:
In compliance with applicable state and local laws the salary range for this position varies based on the work location. Please review the ranges below:
Group A: $70k - $95k
California New York Washington Massachusetts Colorado New Jersey Connecticut Hawaii Washington D.C. Oregon Maryland (DC metro area)
Group B: $65k - $81k

Note: Our pay groups are based on an internal geographic compensation framework that reflects regional market data and cost factors. Candidates will be informed of their applicable group during the recruitment process.
These ranges represent the minimum and maximum salary the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position based on the location where the work will be performed. Final compensation will be determined based on geographic location experience qualifications and other job-related factors.
