Responsibilities
- Ensure timely funding of all contracts and control of contracts in transit; obtain a resolution of all returned contracts.
- Establish engage and motivate the finance team to achieve performance expectations
- Highly skilled in structuring finance transactions and placing transactions with the proper lender.
- Conduct frequent transaction audits to ensure compliance by the finance team.
- Manage and schedule finance team to ensure we can provide an excellent experience to all customers.
- Coach and support finance team to ensure all store goals and objectives are met.
- Recruit and retain high performing finance managers.
- Coordinate finance forecasting with sales department forecasting to achieve desired levels of penetration and income.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of Automotive Finance Management experience.
- Experience with developing mentoring and training a successful team.
- Proven track record as a high performer strong leadership and organizational skills detailed knowledge of all finance products
- Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred but not required.
- Microsoft Office knowledge (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
- Authorized to work in the USA with a valid drivers license
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check Motor Vehicle Record check and drug test
