Full-Time Maternity leave contract January 2026 onwards
Including day & OOHs shifts
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join the team at our RCVS accredited Tier 3 Hospital for a 9-12 month Maternity leave contract. We envisage the role to commence from mid-January 2026; it is full time and would be working a variation of shifts across days and on the OOHs. Shift patterns and hours vary as the Hospital is open 24/7 with OOH starting at 8pm to 9am the following morning. You would receive TOIL for working any days shifts on the weekend and bank holiday rota.
The hospital sees a wide case load and is a brilliant environment to utilise and develop your skill set which ensures great job satisfaction. The Hospital offers a digital imaging suite for x-rays and ultrasound separate dog and cat isolation wards dedicated large theatre with advanced gaseous anaesthetic systems and aseptic operating staff are encouraged to get involved with projects and as a practice we continually embrace new ideas and evolve providing a supportive environment for all team members.
