Zaizi is looking for a Fullsack Developer who is confident and self-motivated has a passion for software development and wants to learn new technologies while working in an agile environment. Communication skills are key as you will be client facing.

Role Objectives:

These are the expected objectives for this role. We are happy to discuss this further during the interview process and jointly agree it with the successful candidate.

  • develop skills while working under supervision in a multidisciplinary team
  • follow best-practice guidelines
  • write clean secure and well-tested code
  • be aware of but not responsible for security
  • Good understanding of:
    • GIT or similar source code control
    • Python experience is essential
    • Tools such as Formbuilder or willing to learn at pace
    • Working experience with React
    • Unit testing
  • Able to break down complex processes
  • To be willing to consult and be comfortable with taking the initiative when working with stakeholders and team members

Salary 30-40k

SC Clearance:

Zaizi works with UK Central Government departments on a range of projects. To be able to work on our customer projects employees must be Security Cleared to a standard acceptable to our Government customers. Due to this restriction we can currently only recruit candidates who have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship and who have lived in the UK for the last 5 years continuously.

Interview Process:

1st stage:

Initial phone screening done by a member of the recruitment team

2nd stage:

Technical interview this stage evaluates your technical expertise and problem-solving abilities especially if youre applying for a technical role.

Final Stage:

10-15 min presentation and a panel interview where multiple people from different departments ask you questions.
