Principal Civil Engineer - Warwickshire
Due to growth our Client is seeking a Principal Engineer to provide leadership to large C&S project teams as well as support the development of the companys infrastructure capability. You will ensure project teams deliver civil and structural designs to cost schedule and quality criteria as well as ensure project teams have in place appropriate skills and resources. You will have a strong focus on ensuring compliance with business quality & management systems as well as provide your innovative input in implementing change as directed by leadership.
Role tasks:
- Day-to-day management of C&S project teams
- Ensure team compliance with company management system
- Contribute to wider development of C&S department capabilities
- Lead C&S design delivery across single projects or multiple smaller projects with support from an Associate Engineer or Director in single- or multi- discipline teams
- Development of programmes and control of change
- Tender preparation for projects of all sizes including fee estimates
- Carry out technical design reviews / critiques of projects in progress
- Mentor train and develop junior engineers
- Support individuals to maximise performance

About You
- Chartered Civil/ Structural Engineer CEng MICE/ MIStructE
- Appropriate depth and breadth of experience including experience in leading and managing teams
- Strong technical knowledge of Civil design
- CSCS Card
- SC clearance (or eligible)
- Full Clean Current UK Driving Licence
