How Youll Contribute
The Division Director LBS Finance is responsible for maintaining a controlled and compliant month-end close process completeness of close checklists and post-close activities for the division. The Director also manages the Division Site Liaison Team in alignment with service level expectations and tracks individual and team performance. Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring completeness of general ledger month-end close process for all sites divisions and business lines
- Managing a site liaison team that serves all lines of business within the division
- Leading select continuous improvement and standardization initiatives
- Partnering with division leadership to assess and improve services
- Handling general ledger close processes for entities of varying complexity
- Conducting P&L and balance sheet analysis including revenue recognition and project accounting
- Supporting division-level analysis reporting and participation in operational reviews
- Overseeing joint venture accounting reporting and distributions
- Collaborating with Technical Accounting and operations to address complex issues
- Supporting annual budget processes and budget directive organization
- Recommending policies and programs that maximize economic benefits
- Managing complex close-related issues
- Coordinating monthly projection processes and explaining projection variances

What Were Looking For
- Education: Bachelors degree required preferably in Accounting or Finance
- Experience: 7 years in healthcare operations finance or hospital setting
- Certifications: CPA preferred; active CPA license preferred
- Technical Tools: Experience with Oracle OTBI FDI and EPM reporting tools
- Skills and Abilities
- Strong mathematical and statistical proficiency
- Moderate to advanced computer skills (data entry spreadsheets presentations)
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to manage and resolve complex issues
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience leading teams and managing department-wide projects

Additional Details:
