Das machst Du bei uns
- Du vermietest Broimmobilien
- Du akquirierst Objekte Projekte und Neukunden
- Du bertst und betreust unsere Kunden bei der Objektsuche und bei Vertragsverhandlungen
- Du erarbeitest Nutzungs- und Vermarktungskonzepte sowie Standortanalysen
- Du entwickelst Immobilienstrategien fr unsere Kunden
- Du analysierst den Immobilienmarkt auf Chancen und Risiken
Das wnschen wir uns
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit immobilienwirtschaftlicher oder Ausrichtung BWL oder Wirtschaftsgeographie oder gerne auch eine vergleichbare kaufmnnische Ausbildungim Immobilienbereich
- Du bringst erste Berufserfahrung im Immobilienumfeld mit
- Du hast idealerweise Ortskenntnisse
- Du begeisterst unsere Kunden mit Deiner ausgeprgten Akquisitionsstrke und Deinem Interesse am eigenstndigen Aufbau von langfristigen Kundenbindungen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab
