How youll contribute
Were on the lookout for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) who brings compassion attention to detail and team spirit to every patient interaction. If youre passionate about helping others reclaim independence and thrive in daily life we want to hear from you.
What Youll Do:
Keep care on trackreport patient progress and concerns to supervising therapists and collaborate with the care team.
Be a trusted guideeducate families and nursing staff on supportive follow-through programs.
Tackle the detailsassist with scheduling and accurately post patient charges to records.
Document care clearly and compliantly meeting all regulatory licensure payer and accrediting standards.
Foster a safe organized and clean treatment environment for everyone.
Operate with integrity aligning with our Code of Business Conduct and all applicable policies and laws.
Jump in wherever youre needed to support the team and our patients success.
Qualifications and requirements:
Candidates must have certification from the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA)
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program culminating in an Associates degree
Current and valid state OTA license or certificate of practice or equivalent in the states where services are rendered
CPR certification (when required)
