Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled DevSecOps Engineer who combines deep AWS solution architecture expertise with AI/ML knowledge to design implement and secure our cloud-native infrastructure while integrating cutting-edge AI capabilities into our development and operations workflows.

Key Responsibilities
DevSecOps & Security
- Design and implement secure CI/CD pipelines with automated security testing and compliance checks
- Integrate security controls throughout the software development lifecycle (SSDLC)
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using secure coding practices with Terraform CloudFormation or AWS CDK
- Conduct security assessments vulnerability management and threat modeling
- Implement container security secrets management and runtime protection
- Establish security monitoring incident response and compliance frameworks (SOC2 ISO 27001 etc.)
- Design scalable resilient and cost-effective cloud architectures on AWS
- Implement multi-account strategies networking and hybrid cloud solutions
- Optimize AWS services for performance security and cost efficiency
- Lead cloud migration strategies and modernization initiatives
- Design disaster recovery and business continuity solutions
- Implement observability and monitoring across distributed systems
- Integrate AI/ML services (Amazon SageMaker Bedrock Comprehend Rekognition) into existing workflows
- Implement MLOps practices for AI model deployment and lifecycle management
- Design secure AI data pipelines and feature stores
- Implement AI-powered security and operations automation
- Build AI-enhanced monitoring and anomaly detection systems
- Collaborate on AI governance ethics and compliance frameworks
Technical Skills
- AWS Expertise: AWS Solutions Architect Professional certification preferred; expert-level knowledge of core AWS services (EC2 VPC IAM Lambda EKS RDS S3 etc.)
- DevSecOps: 5 years experience with CI/CD platforms (Jenkins GitLab CI GitHub Actions) containerization (Docker Kubernetes) and security automation
- Infrastructure as Code: Proficient in Terraform CloudFormation or AWS CDK
- Security: Strong background in application security network security encryption and compliance frameworks
- Programming: Proficiency in Python Go or similar languages; experience with automation and scripting
- AI/ML: Hands-on experience with AWS AI/ML services MLOps practices and AI model deployment pipelines
- 7 years in DevOps/DevSecOps roles with progressive responsibility
- 5 years of AWS cloud architecture and implementation experience
- 3 years working with AI/ML technologies in production environments
- Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems
- Track record of leading technical teams and mentoring junior engineers
- AWS Solutions Architect Professional and Security Specialty certifications
- Experience with additional cloud providers (Azure GCP)
- Background in threat intelligence incident response or security research
- Experience with AI governance model risk management or AI ethics
- Kubernetes Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or similar container orchestration certifications
- Experience with data engineering and big data technologies
- $145000 - $150000
