Plan and schedule material/production needs. Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or is focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline. Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results.
The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality volume timeliness etc.).
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Train suppliers on pull
- Transition suppliers from MRP / Min/Max to pull
- Create pull loops for supplier PNs
- Establish supplier WIP & finished goods protocol
- Establish supplier inventory strategy
- Establish forecast/supplier under consumption protocol
- Facilitate & support Daily Management problem solving
- Train and develop additional sustain supply planners
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in Supply Chain Management Supplier Relations Materials and/or Production Planning
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Supply Chain Management Supplier Relations Materials and/or Production Planning

- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Ability to document plan market and execute programs.
- Established project management skills.
- Strong Excel knowledge and execution
