Were seeking someone to join our team as a Vice President to work as part of the wider business analysis project team with a focus on back & middle office business change risk and regulatory initiatives.
In the Operations division we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships driving strategic automation solutions by embracing a transformation mindset and challenging the status quo.
This is a Vice President position within Product Support & Services which is responsible for providing transaction support and managing post execution processes.

What youll do in the role:
Responsible for day to day fixed income product related tasks resolution of issues as well as longer term projects
Responsibility include ensuring all day to day tasks are complete accurate and escalate unresolved issues as needed
Review the Aladdin vs RKS Cash Position and MV reconciliations and investigate breaks
Review the Aladdin vs LMS Cash Position and MV reconciliations and investigate breaks
Review the Aladdin vs Trustee Cash Position and MV reconciliations and investigate breaks
Works closely with Traders Back Office Reconciliation Teams Brokers and Custodians to ensure that all trades and cash is represented and settling correctly
Correspond with internal and external contacts regarding the investigation and resolution of breaks
Response to all Functional team queries including Investment Team and Trading as needed
What youll bring to the role:
Ideal candidate should have around 10 years of experience in Investment Management Operations and have exposure to Fixed Income products specifically bank loans and asset backed securities Equities and Derivatives
Bachelors Degree or equivalent (Finance Economics or Accounting preferred) and demonstrated proven experience in Financial Services Operations or similar role
