We are growing! Optimus SBR is looking for Associates and Senior Associates Health Government and Public Sector to join ourIndustries and Government Practice. Responsibilities
As an Associate or Senior Associate youll work on high-impact engagements involving:
Strategy development and implementation planning
Organizational assessments design and transformation
Program evaluation and operational reviews
Change management and restructuring initiatives
Project management from concept to execution
You will also:
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
Build and manage trusted relationships with client stakeholders
Support business development by identifying client opportunities
Contribute to internal initiatives that drive innovation culture and growth
Qualifications
35 years (Associate) or 58 years (Senior Associate) of relevant experience in consulting government public sector or nonprofit roles
A university degree in business public administration or a related field (graduate degree or relevant certifications/designations are assets)
Senior Associates: Demonstrated experience leading projects or teams including coaching and mentoring
Understanding of the government/public sector environment and how internal structures and processes shape decision-making (strong asset)
Experience in strategy process improvement or transformation projects
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication writing and presentation abilities
Relationship-building skills with an emphasis on team collaboration and client trust
