The Role
The RoleThe main duties of the role as HR Senior Manager include:
- Working with senior leadership to develop an exceptional HR offering which supports our three strategic pillars: Growth Excellence and People.
- Coach develop and mentor junior members of the HR team.
- Support the wider firm on complex HR matters.
- Proactive identification and engagement of opportunities to deliver exceptional HR service.
Your profile

- The ability to Advice and Influence. At its core this means supporting partners and directors in successful delivery of CTs strategic objective through:
- application of exceptional subject matter expertise management and coaching experience to deliver exceptional results to partner.
- operational leadership and influence
CIPD Level 7/HR Degree qualified is desirable however not essential if you have relevant experience.
