Were looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Plano TX. In this fast-paced role youll be the go-to contact for clients managing inquiries and keeping projects on track. Youll coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery. Join us and help power the future of environmental testing one client at a time.

What Youll Do
- Oversee the management of multiple client accounts and projects concurrently;
- Review data and accurately prepare and distribute client reports in a timely manner;
- Generate and submit client invoices in accordance with established procedures;
- Prepare detailed quotes to meet client specifications;
- Serve as a primary point of contact corresponding with clients via email telephone and occasionally in person to address analytical inquiries and provide assistance;
- Facilitate the setup of new customer accounts ensuring proper documentation and compliance;
- Coordinate the setup of projects for incoming samples prior to laboratory processing;
- Compile and transmit weekly and monthly accounting transfer files to the appropriate departments;
- Ensure prompt and effective resolution of client requests to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction;
- Other duties as assigned.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- High school diploma or GED required;
- Basic knowledge of chemistry preferred;
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment;
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Internet applications;
- Competency in general computer use;
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Your Schedule and The Fine Print
- Full-time position following a standard Monday through Friday schedule with 8-hour shifts;
- Flexibility to work outside of normal work hours to support business priorities and deadlines.
