Starting Compensation: $81399.45 - $93594.98

Salary based on education and experience.

Role:

At Livingston County Community Mental Health Authority (LCCMHA) immediate access to high-quality behavioral health care is essential to community well-being. Were seeking an Access/Intake/Emergency Services and Mobile Crisis Services Manager to lead critical frontline programs that support individuals and families in crisis. In this role you will oversee a dedicated team of coordinators and clinicians delivering access intake and crisis services including our new Mobile Crisis Unit. Your role will focus on maintaining clinical excellence regulatory compliance and responsive care delivery. Youll provide both administrative and clinical supervision ensuring timely interventions accurate documentation and positive client outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include developing staff schedules leading performance evaluations managing utilization reviews and monitoring program effectiveness. Youll also collaborate with agency leadership on strategic planning budgeting and interagency partnerships that expand our community impact.

Requirements to join us:

Job Specific Requirements:

Due to this being an Emergency Services and Mobile Crisis Services position there will be weekend and evening after-hours coverage.

Qualifications and Experience:

Education: Possession of a Masters Degree or its equivalent in Social Work Psychology or a related human services field.

Experience: Three to five years of professional experience in a mental health agency. Supervisory experience preferred.

Other Requirements:

  • If degree is in Social Work must be a Michigan Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW).
  • If degree is in Counseling must be a Michigan Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
  • If degree is in Psychology must be a Michigan Limited Licensed Psychologist (LLP) or Michigan Licensed Psychologist (LP).
  • Possession of a Michigan drivers license
