Creative Marketing Materials
We are seeking a dynamic profile to join our local marketing team and perform creative activities related to creative this role you will develop creative concepts for audiovisual content in order to promote Kinoswiat content in collaboration with external partners and internal marketing teams.
If you have a creative eye and project management skills come and join us to contribute to exciting movie releases and entertaining projects !
The role:
- Development of creative concepts for audiovisual content to promote Kinoswiat content (trailers TV and radio spots online materials making-of videos music videos etc.)
- Supervision over production audiovisual content incl. collaboration with external partners
- Preparation of cost estimates and production schedules
- Negotiation of costs and timelines with subcontractors (incl. its ongoing monitoring documentation invoicing keeping track of the budget)
- Maintaining and updating contact databases
- Participation in the organization of ceremonial premieres press conferences special screenings and other events
- participation in the organization of making of sessions
- taking care of the effective flow of financial documents (from cost estimates to payments)
Profile :
- Minimum 3 years of experience in organizing video advertising production/postproduction
- Hands-on knowledge of film production and post-production processes
- Experience in negotiating copyright and music licensing rights
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills creativity and ability to work independently
