About the Role
As a Client Partner at Optimus you will be both a trusted advisor and a growth driver responsible for cultivating client relationships and driving net new business. This role blends strategic account management with a strong sales focus ensuring our clients realize maximum value from our Microsoft Azure and cloudmodernization solutions while expanding our footprint.

Key Responsibilities
- Own client success and growth within assigned accounts by developing deep relationships understanding business needs and positioning Azuredriven transformation solutions.
- Drive new sales opportunities within existing accounts and the broader Microsoft ecosystem collaborating closely with Microsoft field teams.
- Build and execute strategic account plans aligned with Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) and WellArchitected best practices.
- Lead executivelevel client conversations including innovation workshops and quarterly business reviews to showcase business value and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Optimus solution architects delivery leaders and sales teams to craft and deliver winning proposals.
- Represent client interests internally ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in IT consulting client success or solution sales with strong exposure to Microsofts cloud ecosystem.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through solution selling account expansion and new opportunity generation.
- Strong executive presence stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively across multiple client engagements.
- Familiarity with Microsofts partner programs incentives and coselling motions is an asset.
