Job Description
Providence Swedish Rehabilitation Hospital is a brand new state of the art facility located in Lynnwood WA. Our hospital provides intensive speech occupational and physical therapies to our patients.

How youll contribute
- Assist the CNO in directing all nursing activities within the hospital and in assessing and monitoring the quality of nursing services provided.
- Work with the CNO to hire great nursing staff and provide orientation and training to new team members. Make sure the staff is up to date on all required training assess what other training would be beneficial and provide education that helps the team develop their skills.
- Create the work schedule for the nursing team.
- Participate in departmental and team meetings to discuss patient care and develop treatment plans.
- Serve as a working RN and step in where needed to provide nursing care duties.
- Participate in Infection Prevention and Control by gathering statistics and finding solutions.
What were looking for
- Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing required.
- Current unencumbered license to practice by the State Board of Nursing.
- Basic Life Support certification
- Excellent presentation and teaching skills.
- Previous experience in an inpatient setting.
- Two years leadership experience preferred.
Salary range: $120000 - $145000 per year
