Job Description
Job Description Summary
Drives the overall process of Service & Repair from receipt to completion (ship or scrap). Coordinating the workflow of service probes from receipt to completion using Oracle eDHR and multiple CRM systems.Job Description
Responsibilities -
- Update/maintain appropriate spreadsheets
- Create and process service cases in Oracle
- Create and process service cases in eDHR
- Receive and process service cases in appropriate CRM
- Create rough drafts of RMA and Repair reports
- Cleaning and packaging of service probes
- Data entry and other general clerical duties
- Comply with EHS & Quality System regulations and policies
- Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
Qualifications-
- High school Diploma or local equivalent
- At least 1 year Manufacturing or clerical experience
- Demonstrated ability to read write and speak in local language
- Ability to communicate well and work with others
- Ability to interface with global service regions in a business professional manner on the phone and through e-mail
- Strong computer skills
