Job Description

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a full time Out-Patient Licensed PracticalNursepositionin the Lake Charlesarea.

Job Description:

Provides prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to ill injured convalescent and disabled persons in their home.

Qualifications:

Licensed LPN in the State of Louisiana
1 years experience as a LPN
Experience with Hospice preferred
Ability to drive a must
Effective written and verbal communication
Clean backgrounddrug screen and driving record

Benefits:

Holiday Pay

Work Hours:

8:00am - 5:00pm; Monday - Friday
On-call may be required
