Unilever R&D is looking for an exceptional new member to be part of its Beauty & Wellbeing Packaging Development Team.

Who You Are & What Youll Do:
The individual will be responsible for the functional testing of primary and secondary packaging for innovation renovation sustainability and cost savings initiatives across various B&W Skin Care Hair Care & Prestige brands. You will work as part of the Packaging Engineering team to manage and execute test plans for multiple development projects across a range of pack formats stock and prioritize tasks based on timelines.
The position will require collaboration and ability to communicate effectively and efficiently within our technical team attention to fine details in performing the tests and capturing results with creation of concise technical reports.
Youre a born leader: You will have the autonomy to efficiently manage workload with testing needs coming from across the packaging team. By partnering with the packaging engineering team you will help unlock the delivery of technical functional and optimized packaging solutions for the consumer.

What Youll Need to Succeed:
B.S. Degree preferred to have lab testing and industry experience and/or relevant internship experiences and analytical skills.
Knowledge of package testing for rigid flexible and premium packaging especially for Beauty and premium beauty brands.
The ability to follow established test methods with consistency and accuracy and to train others. The ability to utilize and train others in LIMS.
Possess general communication and prioritization skills to be able to quickly understand context of testing needs on project-by-project basis to manage priorities and expectations within our packaging team.
Time management skills are critical to be able to schedule and complete testing within agreed timelines to enable packaging commitments within broader projects to be maintained.
An appreciation for consumer business and category needs and the relationship to packaging functionality. An entrepreneurial mindset is beneficial.

Pay: The pay range for this position is $58700 to $86280. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets experience and training licensure and certifications qualifications and education and other business and organizational needs.

Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.

Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
