Sourcing Strategy & Operations Transformation (Business Process Outsourcing Share Service Center e Global Share Service)
Set up e efficientamento di Centri Servizi Operations tramite laccentramento e polarizzazione di attivit operative
Revisione strategie di sourcing e analisi Make or Buy
Avvio partnership terze parti (Business Process Outsourcing) e set up Governance Outsourcing
Performance & SLA/OLA Management
Progettazione modelli di Balanced Scorecard attraverso la definizione di KPI e KQI
Revisione modelli SLA & OLA Management
Set up processi e strutture SLA & OLA Governance
Program/Project Management per la guida di complesse iniziative progettuali con il coinvolgimento di stakeholder apicali (C-Level) favorendo lallineamento con gli obiettivi strategici di Piano Industriale
