Ward Nurse Manager RMN or RNLD Salary up to 52500 Lead with Purpose in a Specialist Neurorehabilitation Hospital

Our client is seeking an experienced and compassionate Ward Nurse Manager (RMN or RNLD) to lead a dynamic multidisciplinary team within a specialist neurorehabilitation hospital. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone with a deep understanding of complex mental health care and a strong track record of ward management.

The service supports adults with a range of neurological conditions complex mental health needs and behaviours that challenge delivering high-quality person-centred care in a safe and structured environment. What Were Looking For

  • Registered Nurse RMN or RNLD (NMC PIN required).
  • Previous ward management or senior nursing leadership experience in a mental health or neurorehabilitation setting.
  • Strong working knowledge of the Mental Health Act MCA and DoLS frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership communication and organisational skills.
  • A passion for empowering others and delivering holistic patient-centred care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a specialist inpatient ward ensuring the highest standards of nursing care and patient safety.
  • Support and supervise a dedicated clinical team promoting reflective practice learning and professional growth.
  • Oversee compliance with the Mental Health Act Mental Capacity Act and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS).
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues to implement and review care plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Champion a positive and inclusive culture where patients feel respected empowered and supported.
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives and uphold best practice in neurorehabilitation.
