About us

No to Violence is Australias peak body for individuals and organisations that work with men that use violence. We provide training sector development and advocacy across the sector. We operate the Mens Referral Service providing a counselling service and referral pathways directly to men who use violence. As a pro-feminist organisation women and children are at the centre of what we do by ending mens use of family violence families individuals and communities are safer.

About the role

Type: Permanent Part Time 0.6 FTE

Classification: SCHADS Award Level 4.1 plus Superannuation

Location: Melbourne with hybrid options

Closing date: Interviews will be conducted as applications are received

You will coordinate and promote a range of events that showcase NTVs work strengthen stakeholder relationships and engage the broader community. This includes managing logistics supporting promotional campaigns and ensuring all events are inclusive professional and values aligned.

  • Plan and deliver conferences forums and workshops
  • Coordinate event logistics suppliers and budgets
  • Manage collateral distribution and logistics across agencies
  • Coordinate and manage merchandise orders and conference materials
  • Create engaging promotional content and campaigns
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
  • Track event outcomes and prepare evaluation reports

About you

We are seeking a motivated detail-oriented event and promotions coordinator with a passion for delivering impactful events. You will bring:

  • Strong event and promotions coordination experience ideally in not-for-profit or advocacy settings
  • Proven ability to manage logistics suppliers and budgets
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Understanding of inclusive and accessible event design
  • Commitment to NTVs vision purpose and gender equity principles
