Job Description
About YouTheFan:
Since 2009 the YouTheFan team has designed manufactured and distributed unique distinctive fan-focused items. Proudly based in Warsaw Indiana YouTheFans products for NFL MLB NCAA and NHL are sold at online stores and retailers across the country. With a creative spirit and tireless ingenuity YouTheFan makes sure the game day excitement never ends.
Hours: Monday - Friday 7am to 3:30pm (depending on the area) Overtime as needed
Pay: $20/hr
Job Summary:
Primary job function includes assembly of officially licensed outdoor games. The employee will learn to assemble and package all products in this line and be expected to achieve production rates for different parts of each assembly process. with a secondary role of understanding and retaining the capability to engage in pick/pack of customer orders when necessary utilizing acceptable efficiency and accuracy.

Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or GED preferred but not required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Previous power tools experience preferred
- Previous forklift experience a plus
Working Conditions:
- Indoor warehouse setting with adequate ventilation
- Light physical activity involved in daily activities
- Ability to lift 50lbs.
- Ability to stand for 8-hour shift
- Ability to move throughout the facility as needed
- Manual dexterity is sufficient to reach/handle items and work with fingers.
