How Youll Contribute
Reporting to the Division Director of Nursing the Director of Quality oversees and ensures the highest standards of quality and compliance across the Behavioral Health Division. This role leads the development and implementation of quality improvement programs ensures regulatory compliance and promotes a culture of continuous improvement. The Director will lead a team of quality professionals and work cross-functionally to enhance patient outcomes clinical quality and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the design and oversight of quality assurance performance improvement and staff development programs
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards including TJC CMS Medicaid and state laws
- Supporting and guiding Facility Directors of Quality and Risk Management
- Analyzing data to assess regional performance and provide regular reports to division leadership
- Assisting with regulatory and accreditation survey readiness and follow-up
- Collaborating with facilities to identify safety risks and corrective actions
- Monitoring quality benchmarks clinical outcomes and performance indicators
- Leading training and onboarding for new quality directors and quality-related staff education
- Managing regional projects to address survey citations and clinical trends
- Supporting quarterly governing board reporting for assigned facilities
- Leading continuous quality improvement and implementing best practices across facilities
- Providing onsite and virtual support for compliance training and documentation reviews
- Other duties as assigned

What Were Looking For
- Education: Masters degree in a health-related field preferred; Bachelors degree with five years of behavioral health experience required
- Experience:
- Experience in behavioral health settings including psychiatric geriatric and chemical dependency services
- Healthcare quality and compliance experience required
- Multi-facility oversight preferred
- Licenses: Active unencumbered nursing or social work license required
- Certifications: CPHQ preferred
- Skills and Abilities:
- Extensive knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards
- Strong analytical communication and leadership skills
- Proven experience with regulatory readiness survey outcomes and quality data analytics
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and mentor teams
