The Assistant Project Manager will support the Project Manager in planning executing and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The Assistant Project Manager will also define the projects objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Support the Project Manager in planning executing and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget

- Oversee quality control throughout the projects life cycle

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Travel Requirements:
- Ability to travel occasionally to attend meetings training andevents as well as project site visits up to 1 week in duration.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Ability to use a computer phone printer scanner and other office equipment.
- Ability to lift carry and move up to 25 pounds of files documents and materials.
